Call for volume square footage discounts (5000 + sf)
MINIMUM $1000.00 per project

Measurements are from wall to wall; we do not subtract for columns, cabinetry or appliances. Standard score is 3' x 3' blocks ­ regular or diagonal. Sealer or wax finish are the same price. Typically, sealer is used for commercial interior projects and wax is used for residential interior projects unless otherwise instructed. An outdoor sealer is used for all exterior projects.

Additional cost may apply:

- Hang protective paper on painted walls and cabinetry

- Patch holes

- Excessive clean up

- Touch up after occupancy

- Multiple colors, ornate designs

- Samples on concrete (3 free on start date)

- Travel fee for remote areas

- Rewax in the future

Prices are subject to increase based on review of specific project.
TERMS: Deposit may be required on or prior to start date, balance due upon completion.

We apply stain after sheetrock, before tape, bed, and texture.
Please note we prefer to schedule 4 weeks in advance, so it is advisable to contact us just prior to pouring concrete.
